Rebecca Lynn Cardon is a personal trainer and a
television personality in Los Angeles.
Being fit and healthy has been integral to Rebecca's
growing up. She attributes this to her dad, who
used candy bars as incentive to do pull ups. By
age six she could do twenty!
By the age of 17, she set a world record in bench
press. Surprisingly her father had also set a
bench press world record that year. As a result,
she and her father were featured on a "Good
Morning America" special.
After graduating from George Mason University
with a degree in Broadcast Journalism and a minor
in Theater, she re-located to Los Angeles. There,
Rebecca has appeared in several films, commercials,
and has hosted a variety of programs.
Fitness and health continue to be high priorities
in Rebecca's life. As a personal trainer she takes
great pleasure in giving people the tools to help
change their lives.
